One of Deb's signature dishes!
Ingredients
500g Beef Mince
1 x Brown Onion
2 x Cups Beef Stock
1 x Can Big Red Tomato Soup
1 x Cup Red Wine
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Worcestershire Sauce
Dried Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Spaghetti
Basil leaves (optional)
Method
1. Dice onion and put in saucepan with a little olive oil
2. Fry onion for 1-2 minutes
3. Add beef mince mix in with onion until beef is all browned
4. Add beef stock, red wine and tomato soup
5. Add sprinkle of garlic powder, salt & pepper, and a big pinch of dried oregano
6. Add a few splashes of worcestershire sauce
7. Add basil leaves (optional)
8. Simmer sauce over low/medium heat until most of the fluid has been reduced and you're left with a meat sauce with a nice consistency (approx 45mins - 1 hour). The sauce will start to bubble differently as it reaches the ideal consistency/thickness
8. Serve with cooked spaghetti

Chicken Hash
Perfect recipe for left over BBQ chicken (or use a whole one!)
Ingredients
1 x BBQ Chicken (or part thereof)
1 x Can Potatoes
Mixed Vegetables
Olive Oil
Method
1. Add splash of olive oil to pan, then add potatoes (easier if you cut potatoes in half first)
2. Mash potatoes in pan using a fork
3. Gradually add chicken
4. Mix chicken and potatoes. Once heated through, add mixed vegetables
5. Place lid on pan and cook on low heat for 5-10 mins to let vegetables cook
6. Turn pan to high heat for last few minutes to give a slightly browned colour/flavour to the chicken (optional)

Seafood Risotto
Ingredients
500g Marinara Mix
1 x Cup Alborio Rice
4 x Tablespoons Butter
Olive Oil
1 x Cup White Wine
2 x Cups Fish Stock
Shallots (diced)
Tomato Paste (small tub)
Method
1. Place butter and olive oil in pan - mix until butter is melted
2. Add rice, fry until mixed
3. Add wine, half the fish stock and tomato paste
4. Simmer and continue slowly adding remaining fish stock as required until rice is nearly cooked
5. Add seafood, stir through, place lid on pan and let simmer for 15 mins on low heat
6. Serve with diced shallots

Savoury Mince
Ingredients
1 x Onion (peeled & chopped)
500g x Beef Mince
1 x Can Chopped Tomatoes
2 x Cups Beef Stock
2 x Teaspoons Mixed Herbs
1 x Can Mushrooms in Butter Sauce
1 x Can Baby Corn
1 x 1/2 Cup Small Pasta
1 x Cup Frozen Peas
Method
1. Fry onion with a little olive oil until it browns
2. Add beef mince and cook until browned
3. Add can of tomatoes
4. Add beef stock
5. Add mixed herbs
6. Simmer on low heat for 30 mins
7. Add can of corn, and mushrooms in butter sauce
8. Add pasta
9. When pasta is nearly cooked (~10 mins), add frozen peas
10. Cook until peas are tender and pasta done
Can add other vegetables if preferred
